Disclosed are a real wood film, a manufacturing method thereof and a molded article comprising the same. The real wood film comprising: a real-wood layer; and an elastic binder layer which is formed on the lower surface of real wood layer, said elastic binder layer comprises at least one of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (TPU resin) and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS resin).
