Synthesis, Characterization and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Novel Triazolodiazepine Derivatives

A number of new triazolodiazepine derivatives starting from piperidin-4-ones via diazepam-5-ones were synthesiszed, with a view to test the novel compounds for biological activities. The structure of the synthesized compounds has been established by FT-IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, Mass and Elemental Analysis.
