[Primary laryngeal Non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma: a case report].

: Non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma is a kind of disease which might manifest in varied form. Unlike squamous cell carcinoma, the majority of laryngeal tumors, non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma in larynx is extremely rare. Here we present a primary laryngeal non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma, a 66-year-old female, with a history of recurrent sore throat and hoarseness for over 1 year. Laryngoscope and computed tomography result were presented, and surgical resection was performed under the suspension laryngoscope using CO₂ laser. According to the pathological immunohistochemistry result, the final diagnosis was laryngeal non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was applied. There was no recurrence.
