A caged sisal leaf holding mechanism [6] is arranged below the vertical fine-adjusting hydraulic cylinder [4]. A knife rest [9] is arranged below the caged sisal leaf holding mechanism [6]. A cutting hydraulic cylinder [10] is arranged below the knife rest [9]. A cutting tool [11] is arranged below the cutting hydraulic cylinder [10]. The caged sisal leaf holding mechanism [6] is provided with a caged sisal leaf holding hydraulic cylinder [7]. The sisal harvester has following beneficial effects: sisal is harvested mechanically; operation is performed easily and conveniently at high harvesting efficiency; and harvest cost of sisal is greatly decreased.
