The invention relates to an improved tire crane track welding technology. The technology comprises the specific steps that idle casting iron platforms are used as tool platforms, track pressing tools are manufactured, and girder beam face plates and tracks are assembled on the platforms and fixed through tools, and track welding is carried out; finally, segmentation and correction of the girder face plates need to be carried out on the girder face plates and the tracks in a tract deflection mode. The improved tire crane tracking welding technology has the advantages that the track pressing tools used for tightly attaching the tracks to the girder face plates are used, and clearances are eliminated; electric heating pieces are used for carrying out preheating before welding and heat preservation after welding on the tracks, manual drying gun heating is replaced, heating is even, and the risks of generating cracks is lowered; the backstep welding is adopted locally, and thus welding deformation and residual stress are reduced; the welding angles are transformed into two pieces of welding from the previous one piece of welding, inclined cutting transition processing is carried out on the bottom edges of the tracks, the transition between the formed welding lines and the tracks is smoother, and the service life of the welding lines is prolonged.
