Получение и физико-химические свойства неорганических пигментов на основе ванадатов двухвалентных металлов

A solvothermal method using water solution of electrolytes as precursors for producing pigments based on vanadates of divalent metals (zinc, nickel, copper, calcium) has been provided. The morphology, coloristic characteristics, elemental and phase composition of the synthesized nickel, zinc, calcium and copper vanadates have been studied. It has been found that the size and morphological characteristics, coloristic and physical-chemical properties of the pigments meet the requirements of the pigments used in paint and printing industries. The conducted research led to the conclusion about the possibility of substituting traditional chrome and lead-containing pigments to less toxic vanadium pigments.
