The present invention relates to a hydraulic pressure supply system of an automatic transmission, particularly to a hydraulic pressure supply system of an automatic transmission for a vehicle, it may include a low pressure pump, through an input conduit for receiving the low hydraulic pressure generated in the oil stored in the oil pan, an oil and the low hydraulic pressure supply conduit to a low pressure by a low pressure portion; and a high-pressure pump, which portion of the low hydraulic pressure is increased to a high hydraulic pressure, and the high hydraulic pressure is supplied to the high pressure portion through the high-pressure line.
