Insulating oil quality management method

The invention discloses an insulating oil quality management method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) typing in information: 1. according to an equipment number sequence and a test time sequence, typing single information which is entrusted to manage oil-charge electric equipment into an insulating oil quality management database; 2. carrying out a laboratory off-line quality test or an on-site on-line quality monitoring test; and 3. typing a test result obtained in the step 2 into the insulating oil quality management database; (2) comparing and analyzing; and (3) comprehensively diagnosing. When the insulating oil quality management method is used for managing the insulating oil quality, dissolved gas in the insulating oil is managed, and the insulation oil quality is managed; the latent faults of the insulating oil quality can be recognized, pre-warned and processed, and a diagnosis opinion is given so as to more effectively prevent insulating failure incidents; and the insulating oil quality management method is especially suitable for managing a great quantity of real-time data measured by the on-line state monitoring system of an intelligent transformer substation.
