Method of welding two parts together by means of a solder material of

2007
This welding process or hybridizing two components to each other by means of a solder material, at least one of said components, hereinafter referred to as first component (3) comprising one or more metal tracks (4) electrically conductive, connected to as external connection pads (5), is: - to achieve on surfaces of the welded components or hybridising a wettable surface of said solder material, that carried out on said first component (3) being in electrical contact with a metal track (4), - depositing on one of said wettability surfaces an appropriate quantity of solder material capable of constituting a solder or hybridization pad (6), - depositing a flux (9) of material in liquid form, - contacting the wettability surface of the other component with the solder material thus deposited; - then raising the temperature up to at least tempera ture melting of the solder material in order to ensure effective soldering or hybridization of the two components to each other by effect of refusion.Il further comprises defining on said first component (3) relative to differentiated areas of wettability of liquid solder flux so as to isolate at least electrically contacting the flow volumes with the areas of said first component receiving the solder material and those defined by the at least one external connection pads (5).
