Impact of 2010 Asian Games on Sustainable Development of Guangzhou

The 16th Asian Games,to be held in 2010,would be the biggest all-around sports game in Guangzhou,China.The influence of Asian Games on economics,social development,urban planning and environmental construction of Guangzhou was analysed.To carry out sustainable development thought,the advised suggestion on improving the Asian Games were given as follows: giving attention to both economic and social benefits of the games,increasing the ecological environment construction,promoting the active participation of the public in the field of the game affairs and strengthening the cooperation with sustainable development among regions.
