The diagnosis of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is often challenging for physicians due to nonspecific presentation of the disease. Patients with CRPS can present with a myriad of symptoms including sensory abnormalities, autonomic signs, and motor dysfunction. This chapter goes through the diagnostic options to better identify CRPS.
