Method for preparing cellulose hollow fibrous membranes

2009
The invention discloses a method for preparing cellulose hollow fibrous membranes, comprising the following steps of: crushing cellulose into powders of 5-300 meshes or fibers with the length of 1mm; mixing the cellulose, pore-forming agent and ionic liquid according to a design proportion, feeding the mixture into a co-rotating double screw extruder with the screw length-diameter ratio of 20-50, continuously dissolving and deaerating to form uniformly stable spinning liquid, enabling the spinning liquid to pass through a metering pump and a hollow spinning nozzle and enter a dry spinning line of 2-100 cm, coagulating in ionic liquid water solution with the mass friction of 0-50 percent at the coagulation bath temperature of 20-90 DEG C, drawing coagulated spun filaments in water for three times with drawing ratio of 1-3 times and at the drawing temperature of 30-70 DEG C, and washing with water to obtain the cellulose hollow fibrous membranes, wherein the mass ratio of the cellulose to the ionic liquid is 5-35:95-65, the pore-forming agent is one or more than one of polyethyleneglycol, polypropylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyoxyethylene; and the mass content of the pore-forming agent accounts for 5-25 percent of the cellulose mass.
