First-Level Pre-mapping

The ERGOCHECK software is comprised of Excel work sheets, and the first pre-mapping level involves inserting the necessary key enters. The first section is comprised of several parts (boxes) devoted to the various risk factors and includes preliminary data concerning the workers: -Data concerning the company and the homogeneous group; -Key enters for prioritizing the evaluation of biomechanical overload; -Key questions for identifying lighting problems; -Key questions for identifying issues due to exposure to UV radiation (solar or welding); -Key questions for identifying issues related to noise; -Key questions for identifying microclimate-related problems; -Key questions for identifying problems arising from the use of equipment/tools; -Key questions for identifying problems related to exposure to vibrations; -Key questions for identifying problems related to the use of machinery or machine parts; -Key enters for identifying problems related to pollutants (chemical agents, particulate, biological agents); -Key enters for identifying organizational problem and work-related stress.
