Transformation of Double Housing Planer and Analysis of its Efficiency Increasing

In this paper, some improvement measures are proposed to improve the performance of B2152 double housing planer. The control system is thoroughly transformed. PLC replaces original relay control, all-digital DC speed regulator controls motor of the work table. The control performance is significantly improved, the new control system has the merits of the even velocity,the high machining precision,the wide range,the low noise and saving energy. Milling functions is added and processing range is broadened and efficiency is increased.
