Heating system utilizing copper foil to produce residual heat

2014
The utility model relates to a heating system utilizing a copper foil to produce residual heat. The heating system comprises a copper dissolving tank, a soiling solution flume, a diatomite filter, a clean solution flume, a first plate heat exchanger, a precision filter and a crude foil engine, wherein a branch circuit on which a second plate heat exchanger is arranged is arranged on the pipeline between the diatomite filter and the clean solution flume; the shell outlet of the second plate heat exchanger is connected with a water heater. Under the condition of conventional production energy consumption, as the second plate heat exchanger is added between the diatomite filter and the clean solution flume, the temperature of copper-bath solution in the clean solution flume can be lowered, the load of a cooling tower is reduced, meanwhile, heated tap water subjected to heat exchange can be supplied to logistics units and used in daily life and for heating, accordingly, convenience is brought for water consumption of staff in daily life and resources are saved.
