Effect of Spin-orbit Coupling on the Transport Properties in Ferromagnet/semiconductor/insulator Heterojunction

By using transfer matrix method,spin-dependent electron transport properties in ferromagnet/semiconductor/insulator hetero-junction are investigated.When the contact between the ferromagnet and the semiconductor is insulated,the transport properties are changed obviously,and spin flip effect appears.
