[Comparative efficacy of sonography, computed tomography, ERCP and angiography in the diagnosis of primary carcinomas of the gallbladder].

: Based on a patient material of 12 patients suffering from a histologically confirmed primary carcinoma of the gallbladder the preoperative diagnoses via the four imaging methods of sonography, CT, ERCP and angiography were compared with the intraoperative findings. Surprisingly, ERCP and angiography turned out to be the most accurate of these diagnostic methods.
