Agent for dissolution of bile stones and treatment of cholelithiasis contains mixture of varied polyprenyl phosphates and/or polyprenyl pyrophosphates of vegetal origin with number of isoprene links from 7 to 30. Agent can be absorbed on solid sorbent, in particular sorbitol, lactose, starch, and can contain beta-sitosterol.
