Bleaching Effects on Color, Chemical, and Mechanical Properties of White Spot Lesions.
2016
Clinical Relevance Bleaching initial enamel caries lesions with 10% carbamide peroxide can camouflage white spot lesions without affecting the chemical and mechanical properties of the enamel. Application of casein phosphopeptide–amorphous calcium phosphate is a possible supportive treatment to promote remineralization of caries lesions.
