The invention discloses an adsorptive aeration filter tank, artificial wetland and ecological pond coupling device and application thereof to wastewater treatment. The device comprises a concentration tank, a WAR (wet air regeneration) reactor, a heat exchanger, a PACT (powered activated carbon treatment) tank, a biological ammonia nitrogen adsorptive aeration filter tank, a wastewater backflow tank, a wastewater denitrification tank, a deep phosphorus adsorption filter tank, artificial wetland and an ecological pond. The concentration tank is connected with the WAR reactor which is connected with the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is connected with the PACT tank which is connected with the concentration tank and the biological ammonia nitrogen adsorptive aeration filter tank, the biological ammonia nitrogen adsorptive aeration filter tank is connected with the wastewater backflow tank, the wastewater denitrification tank and the deep phosphorus adsorption filter tank, and the deep phosphorus adsorption filter tank is connected with the artificial wetland which is connected with the biological pond. The adsorptive aeration filter tank, artificial wetland and ecological pond coupling device and application thereof have the advantages that pollutant in wastewater can be removed, energy consumption and cost in a treatment process are greatly reduced, and a resource regeneration process is well completed.
