Research of Higher Education Management Information Standard System

Standard system is the macroscopical planning and important guiding to establish standards of a field. This paper first proposed a structure of higher education management information standard system.Then,through the analysis of business models and functions domain of university,it proposed the data set structure and data subset hierarchical structure of higher education management information data elements standard,and it gave the metadata describing structure of data elements.In addition,the paper also introduced a code standards structure and information exchange standards structure of higher education management information standard,and a brief introduction of the"CELTS-33 higher education management information standard"for the results.
