The invention discloses a striking block of a coupler buffering device. The striking block comprises a striking block body and a spring case. A lateral opening is arranged on the striking block body, the orientation of the lateral opening is consistent with an opening of a middle beam, and the spring case is detachably connected at the lateral opening to form a coupler installation hole. By means of the striking block, the connection mode of the striking block body with the spring case is changed into detachable connection; and a coupler, a coupler tail frame, a buffer, a front draft lug, a rear draft lug and the like can be assembled before the installation of the coupler buffering device, and then the components are arranged in the middle beam through one step during the installation of the coupler buffering device. Operation steps of coupler buffering device installation are reduced apparently due to the striking block, the coupler buffering device assembly time is further shortened obviously, and accordingly, the coupler buffering device assembly efficiency is improved effectively. The invention further discloses the coupler buffering device with the striking block and the railway wagon with the coupler buffering device.
