同種抗体 (抗E+Fyb) 適合, 自己抗体 (抗C+e) 不適合の輸血が副作用なく施行された1症例

A 68-year-old multipara with rheumatoid arthritis was admitted expecting operation. Her blood type was group 0, Rheusus CCDee. Alloantibodies, anti-E+Fyb were detected in her serum. Moreover, direct antigloblin test was positive and autoantibodies were eluated from her erythrocytes and showed obvious specificities of anti-C+e.Six units of packed red blood cells, which were compatible with her alloantibodies (anti-E+Fyb), but incompatible with her auto-antibodies (anti-C+e), were successfully transfused without any hemolytic reactions or elevation of autoantibodies titers or levels of serum indirect bilirubin.
