Cesium Hydroxide-Catalyzed Isomerization of Terminal Alkynes for the Synthesis of O-Allenes and N-Allenes.

The title reaction is applied to the synthesis of O-aryl substituted O-allenes and N-acetyl-N-aryl substituted N-allenes as well as N-allene substituted N-heterocycles.
