Fiber laser texturing system

The invention provides a fiber laser texturing system, which comprises a fiber laser, a robot, a cooling system, a control system and a machine tool, wherein the fiber laser is directly coupled to an output fiber or is coupled to the output fiber through a spectral gate, and the output fiber is connected to the robot so as to output laser to a projecting head arranged in the robot; the projecting head and a side-blowing system are arranged on the robot; the projecting head is used for projecting the laser outputted by the fiber laser onto a surface of a to-be-processed workpiece; the side-blowing system is arranged on one side of the projecting head; the cooling system is used for cooling the fiber laser; the control system is used for controlling the robot and the fiber laser; and the to-be-processed workpiece is arranged on the machine tool. Compared with a traditional laser texturing, the fiber laser texturing system has the advantages of: (a) flexible characteristic, (b) no requirement for pre-coating treatment, (c) low demand on precision of the machine tool, and (d) high quality, high efficiency and low cost. The system is high in energy density, processing quality and processing efficiency.
