The vibrational spectra of the Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes with oxamic hydrazide

Abstract The infrared-, Raman- and u.v./vis spectra as well as the thermal analysis ofthe Ni(II)and Cu(II) complexes with oxamic hydrazide (H 2 NCOCONHNH 2 ) are discussed. We assume 2/1 planar complexes and a coordination via the four amide nitrogen atoms as visualised in Fig. 1.
