The invention discloses a bone marrow puncture needle, comprising a needle body, a needle holder and a loose core, wherein the needle body is a pipe body, and the head of the needle body is an inclined needle tip; the head of the needle holder is connected with the tail part of the needle body, and the tail part of the needle holder is provided with a holder hole communicated with the needle body; the loose core extends into the needle body via the needle holder, and the head of the loose core is provided with an inclined sharp head with the same inclination as the inclined needle tip, and when the loose core is in a state of matching with the needle body, the inclined plane of the inclined sharp head and that of the inclined needle tip are coplanar, and meanwhile, the tail part of the loose core extends out of the tail part of the needle holder. According to the bone marrow puncture needle, the drain guiding capacity can be reliably ensured, and the blockage of a drain guiding passage of the needle body is not easily generated in a puncture process.
