GENURILE DE MICROORGANISME SEMNIFICATIVE PENTRU MENŢINEREA SĂNĂTĂŢII ORGANISMULUI
2015
In rezultatul testării a trei monotulpini si a trei asociaţii de bifidobacterii si lactobacili s-a evidenţiat rolul lor semnifi- cativ in sănătate, manifestat prin intensificarea procesului de multiplicare (respectiv, loturile I-VI cu 106,62 si 49,64; cu 107,57 si 61,70; cu 110,29 si 55,40; cu 124,20 si 61,97; cu 97,32 si 72,20; cu 96,47 si 69,46% faţă de iniţial), precum si prin aderarea considerabilă a acestora la mucoasa intestinală (la aceleasi loturi, respectiv cu 134,05 si 33,84; cu 138,36 si 79,61; cu 151,29 si 72,69; cu 156,46 si 71,92; cu 167,24 si 142,24; cu 184,05 si 137,30% comparativ cu lotul-martor). Ca impact pozitiv al reprezentanţilor genurilor Bifidobacerium si Lactobacillus in sănătate s-a considerat si faptul dimi- nuării vitezei de multiplicare a bacteriilor din genurile facultative (condiţionat patogene) tubului digestiv (Escherichia, Proteus si familiei Streptococcaceae). GENERAL IMPORTANCE OF THE GENUS OF MICROORGANISMS TO MAINTAINING HUMAN HEALTH CONDITIONS Acceleration of the multiplication process of the bifidobacteria and lactobacilli reveals the significant role for human health. In results of investigation of the 3 strains and its 3 associations multiplications (initially respectively of I-VI groups, at 106,62 and 49,64; at 107,57 and 61,70; at 110,29 and 55,40; at 124,20 and 61,97; at 97,32 and 72,20; at 96,47 and 69,46%), was shown considerable adhesion to the intestinal mucous membrane (in the same groups respectively at 134,05 and 33,84; at 138,36 and 79,61; at 151,29 and 72,69; at 156,46 and 71,92; at 167,24 and 142,24; at 184,05 and 137,30%, comparing with a control group). Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli display the positive impact for human health conditions and diminish the multiplication rate of the facultative bacteria (conditional pathogens) of the digestive tract (Escherichia, Proteus and the family of Streptococcaceae).
