Robust MRAC for a wind turbine based on a doubly-fed induction generator

A strategy of control based on a model reference adaptive control (MRAC) is proposed for a wind Turbine. The electrical machine used is a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). The proposed MRAC technique is designed, based on sliding mode and fuzzy logic methodologies. The goal is to control the generation of the power in the wind turbine. The simulation results obtained are satisfying and with high performances.
