N, N--二甲基乙酰胺缩二甲醇的合成

The synthesis of N, N-dimethylacetamide acetal was improved and optimized. Methylation of N, N-dimethylacetamide with dimethyl sulfate at 70℃, followed by alcoholysis with sodium methoxide/methanol mixture at 0~5℃ gave the title compound in 72% yield. GC-MS was adopted for structure characterization. The formation of by-products of the reaction was suppressed effectively.
