Long-Term Course in Idiopathic Retinal Vasculitis, Aneurysms, and Neuroretinitis

We report the long-term course and multimodal imaging findings of a patient with IRVAN syndrome who was successfully treated that developed a branch retinal artery occlusion and demonstrated virtually complete resolution of aneurysmal dilatations.
