Automatic product detection and smart billing for shopping using Li-Fi

Li-Fi is an upcoming technology which transmits information through light at a very high speed when compared to present technology. Visible Light Communication(VLC) using LED is a promising technology for next generation in short range high speed data communication. In present shopping system there are many difficulties. We propose a working model for shopping with automatic product detection and smart billing with the help of Li-Fi technology. The payment is processed by mobile banking or cash payment and the cart system will verify the product and payment process will be completed.
