The importance of performance appraisal of IT project members was reviewed.Based on the previous literatures and researches,a grey clustering model to assess the performance of both ordinary staff and manafer was developed in a IT project.The data of company F was used as an example to make some case analysis.Related conclusions were reached and some suggestions were provided
