The invention relates to a multistage through-flow adsorption type sampling apparatus for GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer)-headspace analysis. The apparatus comprises a multistage penetrating glass tube, the joint between neighbored glass tubes is a groove structure, and the adsorbent, which is filled in the glass tube, is arranged on the gas outlet in the top of the glass tube and the gas inlet in the bottom of the glass tube. Compared with the prior art, the apparatus can use different adsorbents to carry out multistage adsorption and has the advantages of high selectivity, high efficiency, high reliability, and easy and convenient operation. The sampling glass tubes, which have finished sample collection, can be separated by pre-carved scales. The collected samples can directly enter GC-MS or gas chromatograph through a headspace mode without being transferred, and thus secondary pollution is avoided. The apparatus can be used to carry out quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of chemical products.
