The present invention discloses an energy saving system for producing acrylic acid purified with a two oxide, mainly consists of two parallel section of two-stage oxidation system and oxidation systems, a purification system consisting of acrylic acid separation, wherein: the period of oxidation system propylene from the evaporator section of pipe in turn connected, for a first reactor, a second section of the reactor effluent cooler section, and a section of the stripper section of the absorber configuration; the acrylic acid separation system comprises purified water separation column system, solvent recovery column system, deodorization tower exhaust system, including partially purified column system off light components, acetic acid separation column system, and recombination system off maleic acid separation column column parts. The method comprises an oxidation step for producing acrylic acid and acrylic acid separation and purification steps. The present invention provides an energy-saving system for producing acrylic acid refined set of two oxidation, oxidation apparatus using two sets of acrylic acid units with a refining unit designed to solve the problem for the production of acrylic acid by volume oxidizer load limits, larger scale, saving the use of steam.
