MYCOPLASMA CULTURE AND DRUG RESISTANCE FROM URINARY AND GENITAL TRACTSPECIMEN

2011
[Objective]To understand the areas of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)and the detection rate of drug resistance, provide the basis for clinical medication.[Methods]The specimens of 632 cases with sexually transmitted diseases and gynecology were collected, and drug susceptibility of Mycoplasma detection kit was used for detection.[Results]632 patients had 385 out of mycoplasma culture, accounted for 60.9%;Uu 331 single-positive accounted for 52.4%,which was higher than the Mh single positive of 0.1% and 6 strains of Uu and Mh infected 48 strains accounted for 7.6%.The drug sensitivity showed that the first choice for the sensitive drugs were josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline. The highest resistance rate was norfloxacin, ofloxacin and erythromycin.[Conclusion]The clinical urogenital infection was mainly caused by Mycoplasma mainly Uu,which is significantly higher than that of Mh.It is necessary to strengthen the laboratory monitoring to prevent the occurrence of drug-resistant strains of Mycoplasma, guide the clinic rational drug use,and improve the efficacy of antibiotic therapy.
