Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides

Mycosis fungoides is a cutaneous T cell lymphoma. The classic lesion are patches, plaques and tumors but other variants are described like hypopigmented mycosis fungoides that is usually observed in young patients, dark-skinned and Asian individuals, with characteristic histologic features and a long period of evolution. About 100 patients have been well documented in the literature about this rare clinical variant. The diagnosis may be delayed for years because the confusion with others clinical different diagnoses. We present a case which has clinical and epidemiological features of Hansen disease.
