The invention provides a sympodial bamboo felling saw which is simple in structure, small in boundary dimension, convenient to operate and suitable for felling sympodial bamboos at smaller intervals. The sympodial bamboo felling saw comprises a shell, the two sides of the front end of the shell are provided with two opposite clamping arms, and communicated flat grooves located in the same plane are formed in the opposite clamping arms and the shell; the two sides and the back position of a saw web extend into the flat grooves, the front portion of the saw web is provided with a sawtooth edge used for sawing the sympodial bamboos in one direction, and the two clamping arms forwards extend to exceed the sawtooth edge; a reciprocated driving mechanism used for driving the saw web to do reciprocated motion between the two clamping arms is arranged at the back end of the shell; and the reciprocated driving mechanism is connected with the saw web through connecting pieces extending in the flat grooves.
