Cultivation of the Medicinal Fungus,Hexagonia Apiaria

Hexagonia apiaria is a highly valued medicinal fungus and a rare natural resource.In order to faciltitate improved utilization of this valuble fungus,H.apiaria mycelia have been isolated from fruit body growing on the deadwoods of Longan trees in Guangdong province.Cultivation technique for H.apiaria have been development and artifical basidiocarps have been successfully obtained for the first time.
