Understanding the privately-run schools from the angle of view of property-right economics

The so called privately run schools are those run by the non government organizations,the community or individuals independent from state.Their ownership and arrangements are different from those government supported schools.There are three categories of privately run schools:profit making,quazi profit,and non profit.The majority of privately run schools belongs to the second category.Judging from the anagle of view of property right economics,the best system for saving the educational service cost is to establish non profit making educational institutions.
