Sulphonylaminocarbonyltriazolinone and its production

PURPOSE: To prepare a new sulphonylaminocarboxyltriazolinone useful as herbicides usable before or after the germination of plants. CONSTITUTION: The compd. of formula I (R 1 is H, optionally a substitutable alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or aralkyl; R 2 is R 1 excepting H; R 3 is optionally a substitutable alkyl, aralkyl, aryl or heteroaryl) and the salts thereof, such as 4-hydroxy-5-methoxy-1-(2-methoxycarbonyl- phenylsulphonylaminocarbonyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one.
