2014
The results of the effect of low-frequency alternating magnetic field with a frequency of 20, 25 and 30 Hz combined with demulsifying agents (Reapon-4B, INTEX-720 and SNPH-4315D) on demulsification of natural and artificial water-in-oil emulsions of Kiengopskoe field oil are presented. It is found that for a 30 min period of settling at 60 oC the largest volume of water (66,7%) is separated under the influence of Reapon-4B demulsifier with a dosage of 60 g/t in thermochemical conditions in the process of dehydration of natural water-in-oil emulsion with 42% water cut. Magnetic treatment of oil-in-water emulsion at 30 Hz field frequency prior to settling in the presence of 60 g/t of SNPH-4315D and INTEX-720 demulsifiers makes it possible to increase the amount of water separated at the stage of preliminary water discharge at 60 oC for 30 min of settling by 23,8% and 16,7% respectively, compared to thermochemical dehydration. Application of Reapon-4B reagent does not increase the volume of water discharged during magnetic treatment. At 30 Hz magnetic field, SNPH-4315D demulsifier dosage reduction from 60 g/t to 50 g/t and 30 g/t leads to a decrease in the volume of water discharged from 85,7% to 71,4% and 81% respectively, compared to thermochemical conditions. As a result of 30 Hz magnetic treatment at 60 oC with SNPH-4315D dosages of 30, 50 and 60 g/t, it is possible to dehydrate oil to 3,3%. The results of the experiments on the emulsion combined treatment with demulsifying agents (SNPH-4315D and INTEX-720) and magnetic field (30 Hz) show that the residual water content is reduced by 40-49% compared to demulsifying agents in thermochemical conditions. Application of this method makes it possible to intensify the process of demulsification, reduce its temperature to 30 degrees, increase the volume of water separated and the depth of oil dehydration, compared to the traditional thermochemical dehydration.
