This thesis is framed in the study at school Rosa Josefina Burneo of Burneo, in relation to education in values in childrens fifth and seventh year of basic education as influence behavior, and welfare of childrens.
The intervention of the Social Worker in problems of the education sector which constitute obstacles in learning, in addition to the integral development of children who are educated in the institution under study, same as and through methodological research process that allowed was conducted to determine the causes and consequences of education in values and behavior and to comply with the specific objective raised in this research, to thereby design and implement the proposed social action plan, aimed at improving education in values aimed at parents family and fifth- and seventh year of basic education, to strengthen and inculcate ethical and moral values in childrens to improve behavior within the school, at home, and in their relations with their peers and others, through values such as respect, companionship, solidarity, friendship, love, etc., thus fulfilling the overall objective for this research.
The main problems obtained in the investigation that justify the behavior of childrens due to poor teaching values education, inadequate family relationships, the influence of social groups, noting that this problem is affecting the behavior of children in class activities or within the school environment, most agree that the

main consequences that poor practice of values this lack of respect among peers, inadequate vocabularies, loss of the school year, expulsions of the institution, against these attitudes involvement of social workers to find appropriate strategies to fulfill the objectives that allow strengthen families practice of values, same as contribute to the overall development of the behavior of childrens the fifth is necessary and year seventh year of basic education school Rosa Josefina Burneo of Burneo.
The methodology used in this research allowed to fulfill the objectives, the development of the same, so we have the scientific method, descriptive method, inductive-deductive method, analytic-synthetic method and the statistical model also techniques arose and bibliographic collection instruments and survey as a support tool that was applied to the educational community, to collect information, which allowed us to know in depth the problem under study.
