Disclosed are a transverse shifting screw-tail (1), a laterally adjustable spinal screw and an implantation method, wherein the screw comprises a screw-tail (1) and a nail seat (2) mounted on a mounting head (13) of the screw-tail (1), a bar groove (21) used for placing the connecting bar (3) is arranged at the top of the nail seat (2), the bar groove (21) recesses downwards from the top of the nail seat (2) and penetrates the nail seat (2) in the radical direction, the bottom of the bar groove (21) is a curved surface adapted to the outer peripheral surface of the connecting bar (3), a locking thread (22) matching with the locking bolt (4) is arranged on the side face of the bar groove (21); and the screw-tail (1) comprises a fixing column (11) which can be screwed inside a taper (6) and a platform located at the end of the fixing column, the mounting head (13) used for connecting with the nail seat (2) being arranged on the platform (12), and there is an eccentric distance between the centre of the mounting head (13) and the axis of the fixing column (11). The transverse shifting screw-tail (1), laterally adjustable spinal screw and implantation method realise the lining up of the nail seat (2) through designing a brand new screw, make the installation process of the connecting bar (3) reliable and effective, and do not cause inappropriate twisting of the spine, thereby reducing the difficulty of the operation for surgeons and improving the surgical effect.
