Application of dural netted incision in the operation of craniocerebral trauma with acute cerebral swelling

目的 为合并急性脑肿胀的脑外伤提供一种新的手术方法.方法回顾分析我科86例合并急性脑肿胀的脑外伤手术,30例应用新的方法手术(术中行硬脑膜网格状切开),56例应用传统方法.结果术中应用新方法:治愈17例,中残4例,重残1例,死亡8例,治愈率56.7%,中、重残率16.7%,死亡率26.7%;传统方法:治愈12例,中残12例,重残9例,死亡23例,治愈率21.4%,中、重残率37.5%,死亡率41.1%.结论这种新的方法应用于此类疾病能明显提高疗效,降低死亡率。
