Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of NC Machine Tools and Its Application in Structure Optimization

The dynamic characteristics of horizontal machining center was analyzed through adopting two methods of Dynamic Experimental Analysis and Theoretical Model Analysis in this paper, by comparing the data obtained from experiment to the theoretical calculation result, the Theoretical Model was proved rational, thus the weak point of the machine tools was found,and the structure is optimized. The optimization analysis result showed that the data of maximum deformation is accordingly lowed.
