The reactivity of 23 sample of serum of patients with hematological diseases in Lucia Iniguez Landin Hospital were analyzed by means Indirect Immunoflorescense Technique resulting a 65,2 % of seroprevalence. Toxoplasmosis is an illness caused by the ethiologic agent Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite broadly distributed in the world and able of infecting a great number of guests, included the humans. A great number of researchers about the seroprevalence of antibody against Toxoplasma gondii in immunodepresses peoples were written and the patients with hematological diseases are an important group inside this population.
