Increasing Project Effectiveness in an International Environment : A comparative study of aid- and business projects in Vietnam

This thesis deals with two types of international projects, aid- and business projects and their mutual endeavour to increase effectiveness. The used definition of effectiveness is operational and states it to be "the delivery of the project in terms of cost, time and quality".
