The present invention relates to a preparation method for bean dreg sliced meat, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) soaking and washing soybeans, 2) grinding the soybeans into thick liquid and discharging dreg, 3) selecting and washing streaky pork cutting 500 g of the streaky pork into pieces by knife, putting the streaky pork pieces into a mincing machine together with fresh ginger and fresh onion and mincing the mixture into muddy flesh, 4) carrying out stirring and mixing, 5) conducting molding, 6) carrying out baking and cooling, 7) carrying out packaging and warehousing. The present invention extends the industry chain of bean products, has effects of changing waste into valuables, increasing the added value of bean products and enriching the variety of leisure products, provides an ideal demonstration effect on the deep processing of bean products and meanwhile provides more choices of leisure products for consumers.
