Impact of overall nursing on mental state and delivery of patients with high-risk pregnancy

Objective To investigate the impact of overall nursing on mental state and delivery of patients with high- risk pregnancy. Methods 40 cases patients with high-risk pregnancy,all of them were given overall nursing,obseved the men- tal state and delivery situation of patients after treatment. Results Complications during pregnancy of 40 cases pregnant women got control,emotional stability,physical and psychological comfort increased,the basic needs were met,and actively co- operate with the treatment,and reduced maternal and perinatal child mortality. Conclusion The overall care of patients with high-risk pregnancy can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the nurse-patient relationship,and to improve the quali- ty of care,and worthy of clinical application.
